Join us this Christmas!

At Emmanuel we believe Christmas really is the 'most wonderful time of the year' because it means that God isn't distant or absent, He is God with us. We believe God has stepped into our messy history in the person of Jesus, the one who came as a baby in a manger. 

We have lots of exciting events planned for people of all ages, from our Christmas Experience (6th-9th December) to our community carol event joining with the Merlins Bridge community in Christmas Carols Together (Sat 16th December, 6pm). 

We also have opportunities to take time out amongst all the busyness to breathe, be still, and quietly reflect on what Christmas is really all about in two evening gatherings on Sunday 10th December and Wednesday 20th December at 7:30pm.

Over Christmas itself we have two Christmas Eve services, at 11am and 11:15pm as we celebrate communion and wonder at the greatest gift this world has ever been given. Then we'll gather together on Christmas Day at 10:30am to celebrate Jesus, the one who is good news of great joy for all people!
